Technopark Trivandrum, in association with Akshaya, is setting up a Citizen Service Centre (CSC) on the Technopark campus.State IT Secretary K. Suresh Kumar is scheduled to inaugurate the new centre at the Bhavani building on January 18.
This new facility will help in providing a large number of citizen services, including acceptance of electricity and water bills, telephone bills, railway ticket reservation and filing of e-return for commercial taxes.
Akshaya has been entrusted with the task of selecting the Akshaya entrepreneur for the centre and deciding the list of services to be offered from there.

The akshaya centre in technopark is collecting service charge for the payment of Bills.Today when i went to pay my telephone bill they collected 10Rs service charge.
do you think it is illegal? please verify.
It would be fine, if they are charging legally( means if there is any service charges approved officially). there is no harm in that case. you are saving your time and petrol by paying your bill in technopark. Rs.10/- is fine.
