Trivandrum Smart City Status – Techies initiated a campaign.> Prathidhwani, the socio-cultural forum of Technopark Employees, has decided to be a part of the movement to help Trivandrum achieve the ‘Smart City’ status.

Trivandrum is one among 74 cities in the race for smart city status. Mayor Shri VK Prasanth had informed Prathdhwini that the city requires the support and help from professionals on the technical front. Once selected/nominated as the smart city, a sum of 1000 crores will be earmarked for developmental activities in Trivandrum.
