TechnoparkToday.com>> The connecting road between Technopark rear gate and Karyavattom main road is remaining in a pathetic condition with dangerous potholes throughout the stretch. With the arrival of monsoon, the condition is getting worse and making this road an accident-prone area.
More than 2000 cars and that much two wheelers are passing through this road daily. The poor condition of the road is affecting both the pedestrians and the folks with vehicles. This causes traffic block in the rear gate area during morning and evening at peak travelling hours.
In light of this dangerous situation, Prathidhwani, the socio cultural organization of Technopark employees have lodged a complaint to PWD through the helpline number and requested the authorities to take an appropriate action to resolve this issue.
As a huge number of people using this road for commuting to Technopark, authorities should take immediate action in improving condition of the road.
I had mailed you this report last week and also posted in TP today fb with pictures. I had also mailed this to Metro Manorama. Though no response came yet, I am glad you posted this though my name is not mentioned. This road has been in this state and getting worse for years now. We all have to raise our voice together for such incompetence from authorities. Also roads being dug-up across for pipelines and cables and not re-tarred causes so much damage and the money supposed to have remitted for re-tarring goes to many pockets.

Very pathetic road condition. you should see the road which is connecting technopark back gate and arasumood. lot of techies travelling to city is depending on that road, but potholes made it difficult to ride, especially scooters. It is very shameful for a govt – that too for a place which most number of youth are working in kerala.
hope that authorities will consider this issue with utmost priority.
