TechnoparkToday (April, 2022): People can now buy data from the state government. Data will be sold through 2,023 Wi-Fi hotspots in the state under the KFI scheme from yesterday.
So far, the first GB has been available for free. It could not be used after that. If you want to use more, you can pay and buy data. Free Wi-Fi is available at bus stations, localities, markets, parks and other public places.
All you have to do is enter the OTP that comes with the phone to connect to WiFi. After using one GB, you will be prompted to pay for further use. Payments can be made using credit and debit cards, UPIs, internet banking and wallets.
