1. Web application development
ASP.NET using C# (.NET Framework 2.0 / 3.5)
2. XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
3. Writing stored procedures in SQL Server 2005 / 2008
4. Design skills
5. Working knowledge in SCRUM or any AGILE development methodology
6. Knowledge in Patterns and Practices like Layering, Auditing, Logging and Performance Instrumentation
7. Knowledge in code review and unit testing
8. MOSS 2007/2010 knowledge would be an advantage
9. Flex knowledge would be an added advantage
