NGS Data Analysis- One week workshop at University of Kerala, Kariavattom Campus

TechnoparkToday.com>>  Kerala University, Department of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics is organizing One week workshop on ‘NGS Data Analysis’, scheduled to be held from 05th–10th of Dec, 2016.

The focus of this workshop is on Next Generation Sequencing Informatics, Next Generation Sequencing Tools and Databases, Whole Genome Sequencing Data Analysis, RNA Seq Data Analysis and NGS Applications. The aim is to create awareness and hands on training with respect to the basic tools and techniques used in NGS at industrial level, paving way for training in of one of the most significant and emerging areas in science and technology.

Dr. K. K. Sabu, TBGRI, Dr. Acuthsankar S. Nair, Mr. Sajil C.K., Ms. Biji C.L., Ms. Rashmi Sukumaran and Ms. Shahina K. are the key resource persons, which we hope will enrich the scholarly ambiance of workshop.
