TechnoparkToday.com>> Navigant India successfully kick started the Service week for the consecutive second year. This is a week particularly dedicated to giving back to community. The team endorses Vision 1 Million 2020, which aims at creating a future ready generation and touching the community in many positive ways. Here the company provides solid infrastructure, ensure education and makes a generation ready to take up the future.
Employees put this opportunity to best use by taking some time off, being there for the community and spend some quality time. The service week happens in India in Trivandrum and Nagercoil at the same time. This years’ service week began on April 2nd, by a get together and Visit to Santhimadiram in Trivandrum and Dejaswee – Mangayar Mangalam and Sri Sarathadevi Anbu Illam in Nagercoil.
Followed by a Visit to Ammathottil, where a sick room worth 2 lakhs was built as per the demand by the Ammathottil official’s .This was followed with an free eye check-up camp for kids and staff at Ammathottil conducted in association with Chaithanya eye hospital.
Employees contributed cash apart from the company contribution for all the Visits during Service week. Also, Kanthari- A Trivandrum based Educational NGO, Assissi Nikethan, an old age home were visited where the company contributed cash to build long term infrastructure like buildings, flooring, roofing, physical amenities etc.
Next Visit was on April 6th to KANTHARI- kanthari fosters participated from all over the world providing them educational infrastructure. Last visit was on 7th to Assissi Nikethan- Where funds were provided to paint the whole building. Around 40K was handed over for the same.
Team Navigant India along with the Senior Management including Country Head, Mr. Mahendra Singh Rawat, Director –HR, Ms. Jeena Peter, COO-Paul Praveen, and Compliance Head- Vinod Mohan took part in the Service Week.
