Tuber Food Fest at Trivandrum from November 24

TechnoparkToday.com>> Tuber corps research foundation (CTCRI) is organizing a two-day tuber food festival 2015 on Kanakakkunnu Palace premises fro Tuesday (November 24 to 24, 2015).  Chief minister Ommon Chandy will inaugurate the food fest in the presence of Agri. Minister KP Mohan and Revenue Minister Adoor Prakash.

Visitors can try out the dishes at the food courts being arranged by CTCRI, Mascot Hotel, Kudumbasree and the tribals of Nilambur.

The CTCRI stall will have an array of value-added food products made from tubers like nutrichips and tapioca pakkavada.
