Technopark bans conducting job-oriented training within the campus

TechnoparkToday.com>>  Technopark has banned conducting job- training programs within the park. 

The park has reiterated its existing norms which bans training programs within the campus  (except in-house training by companies), after several such violations came to its notice.

As per existing guidelines, conducting job- training programs is a gross violation.  Technopark has warned that they will initiate legal action against companies which violates the rules.

In a recent notice to all technopark companies, park authorities informed all companies to refrain from conducting such training programs. Earlier, technopark authorities had caught a number of companies red-handed for conducting paid training programs offering jobs for aspirants.

After a brief internship period they will be fired or forced to work for a meagre salary. Meanwhile, some techies have commented that technopark authorities must take initiatives to conduct job oriented training or internships directly for candidates.
