Job Description:
Experience: 1-2 YEARS

Number of vacancies: 1

Minimum Qualification:

BE, B-tech, B.Sc. or any equivalent degree Preferred

Preferred Skills:
1. Strong Experience in

a. Any one of the following monitoring tools such as NAGIOS, CACTI, SOLARWINDS, KASEYA, or N-ABLE (mandatory)

b. Proactive and reactive System maintenance (mandatory)

c. Trouble ticketing (mandatory) and Experience in any of the ticketing systems such as TopDesk, AutoTask, Kayako

d. Solaris or Windows or Linux server administration Level 1,2

2. Direct client interaction experience and excellent communication skills (mandatory). We prefer somebody who have worked in Technical support(Voice) process.

3. Candidate may need to work in shifts (247).
