Job Description:
Preferred Skills: o 2 yrs of experience in Recruitment.

o Excellent verbal and written communication

o Excellent skills in MS Office and should be internet savvy.

o Review resumes and screen them appropriately based on the skills, experience and knowledge required for each requisition.

o Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates and ensure that compensation, location, duration etc align with candidate’s expectations.

o Excellent Telephonic interview skills to screen candidates efficiently prior to submission.

o Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all Candidate and Account Manager Interactions.

o Responsible for the entire life cycle of the recruitment.

o Develop and maintain professional relationship with candidates during all phases of recruitment process, as well as after the completion of recruitment.
