Testing and Quality Assurance – 2-4 years

We are on the lookout for test engineers with experience and expertise in manual testing and with very good documentation skills. Should be able to create test plans, test cases and execute them. Must have an analytical bent of mind and must be capable of independently planning and executing tests. Must have extensive experience designing test scenarios and test cases. Experience writing test stubs, test harnesses (white box testing) is highly desired.

Database administrators – 4-7 years

We are looking for senior DBAs with experience in Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server Databases.  The ideal candidate should have experience in Database design, development and administration. Expertise in optimizing database designs and queries; knowledge of best practices in database administration, would be essential.

C++/VC++ developers – 3-6 years

We are looking for inspired C++ developers in Windows platform with experience in developing native/managed applications using VC++6.0/VS2005/VS2008/VS2010. Strong OOPS concepts and the ability to develop and illustrate designs using UML is a basic skill requirement. Analytical skills to resolve technically and logically challenging problems will ensure a smoothly inclining career graph within ARS. Strong threading concepts and sound TCP/IP network programming skills are required prerequisites. Expectation includes working knowledge on some or all of the libraries among MFC, ATL, STL and Boost. Experience in applying design patterns and knowledge of system architectures is an added advantage.
