• Web Architecture – security, performance, scalability and related software technologies

• Working Knowledge in source control tool like SVN

• Working knowledge on Final Builder (Not mandatory)

• Knowledge in Virtualisation (Not mandatory)

• Web application development

• ASP.NET using C# (.NET Framework 2.0 / 3.5)

• XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery

• Writing stored procedures in SQL Server 2005 / 2008

• Design skills

• Working knowledge in SCRUM or any AGILE development methodology

• Knowledge in Patterns and Practices like Layering, Auditing, Logging and Performance Instrumentation

• Knowledge in code review and unit testing

• MOSS 2007/2010 knowledge would be an advantage

• Flex knowledge would be an added advantage
