As he conducts the cool down, Vinay, having played at the Asian Badminton Championships, briefs the eager shuttlers with individual feedback with their areas of improvements while conducting a cool down session after the game.

The Physio then checks the weights of the participants to get their Body Mass Index and track their improvements in terms of weight loss, endurance, strength and overall fitness. There is satisfaction and sweat etched on the faces as they pack up and prepare to leave.
