• Should be able to design and provide technical solutions.

• Identify system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.

• Should be able to understand and design databases.

Project Execution:

• Adhere to the project plan and suggest changes required to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Good knowledge of coding standards and enforcements

• Reviews work of team.

• Focuses on the client.

• Attends and facilitates team and client meetings.

• Helps Project Manager in identifying risks and issues in the project and responds timely to them.

• Good communication skills, oral and written.

Communication:

• Participate actively in team and client meetings.

• Faces and solves issues openly and quickly.

• Effectively communicates relevant project/technical information to Project Manger/Architects/team members

• Tactfully communicates sensitive information.

Technical Skills:

Programming Languages:

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of html, JavaScript, xml, Java, J2ee, JSF, Spring, Hibernate

• Application Servers : WebSphere 6.0

• IDE : RAD 6.0/7.0, Eclipse

• Database : Oracle 9i

• Good to have: Knowledge of Drools, Ant, Maven, Design, Code Review Tools.

Architecture:

• Expert on client server and internet systems architectures.

• Ability to create scalable, reusable design.

• Good grasp on design methodologies and OOPS concepts.

Others:

• Excellent communication skills: oral and written.

• Good team player.

• Ability to cooperate with all members in problem solving.
