IBS supports Tejus ‘Prajyot’

Technoparktoday.com>> Tejus – the blood donation forum of Technopark have been arranging weekly trips for blood donors to Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum as a part of their Vision 2020 – Self Sufficiency of Blood in RCC blood bank.

IBS have come forward to support this noble cause by providing 5 trips per month. Tejus will be arranging the donors and IBS provides the transportation. By this new Venture, Tejus could provide an additional 30 donors, targeting around 360 blood donors per year, apart from the their regular services.

The first trip of Prajyot in association with IBS started on 16th Oct ‘15. A group of techies(Shamla, Rajesh, Rospriya – Flytxt ; Shaji George – PITS ; Sooraj KR, Jinu Paul – Travancore Analytics) have come for Voluntary Blood donations.

Tejus has organized 4000 plus blood donations and 75 plus camps in the last three years. Operating over the years in Technopark, Tejus is successful in bringing out regular blood donors from Technopark.  The organization has come to the aid of several people during crisis situations.
