Downtown Technopark: Lease agreement to be signed

TechnoparkToday.com>> Finally, Technopark is going to see a major makeover in its social infrastructre.  Technopark authorities and representatives of Taurus Investment holdings will sign a lease agreement for the much-awaited Downtown Technopark project at a function to be held at Technopark today.

Erik Rijnbout, global president Taurus Investment holdings, Jitu Virwani, chairman and managing director of Embassy Group; Ajay Prasad, country managing director, Taurus Investment holdings  and Hrishikesh Nair, CEO Technopark will sign the document.

The project involves development of a city centre for Technopark with 50 lakh square feet of IT SEZ and non-SEZ space. The project will include Class A office spaces and supporting facilities like world-class retail space, entertainment areas, F&B outlets, a business hotel and a state-of-the-art plug-and-play office facility for startups and small businesses. The project is expected to generate about 25,000 direct and 75,000 indirect employment opportunities.
