NeST becomes GENIVI member

Technopark based NeST, a provider of electronics hardware and software services, has become an associate member of GENIVI (www.genivi.org), an automobile industry association to streamline development and support of in-vehicle infotainment products and services.

GENIVI’s mission is to drive broad adoption of an open source development platform by aligning automotive original equipment manufacture requirements and delivering specifications, reference implementations and certification programs that form a consistent basis for further open source and independent software vendor development.

NeST has 250 engineers working for some of the major Tier-1 automotive companies in Japan and the US.
