TechnoparkToday (August 2026) : CareRevenue, part of the Kerala-born CareStack Group, has inaugurated a new facility at the KINFRA IT & ITES SEZ in Trivandrum, marking another phase of expansion for the healthcare technology group in Kerala.
The new facility was inaugurated in the presence of Seeram Sambasiva Rao IAS, Special Secretary, Electronics & Information Technology Department, Government of Kerala.
CareStack began its journey in Trivandrum and has since expanded into a global healthcare technology group comprising CareStack, VoiceStack and CareRevenue. The group currently has more than 1,000 employees across Kerala, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Kerala Capacity to Cross 1,500
With the addition of the new CareRevenue facility at KINFRA, the CareStack Group’s total capacity in Kerala is expected to cross 1,500 team members.
The group has operations across multiple technology hubs in the state, including KINFRA, Technopark Phase III and Taurus Embassy in Trivandrum, as well as Infopark Phase II in Kochi.
The expansion reflects the group’s continued investment in Kerala while scaling its healthcare technology operations globally.
Growing Healthcare Technology Ecosystem
The development also highlights the growing ecosystem around healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, revenue cycle management and healthcare operations in Kerala.
As Kerala-based technology companies expand into international markets while continuing to grow their operations within the state, they are also creating opportunities for technology and healthcare professionals and strengthening the local talent ecosystem.
