Silver Jubilee Celebs: Day 1 kicked off with Ghazal Night

Technoparktoday.com>> Silver Jubilee Celebrations have been kick started in Technopark. On the first day – August 3, 2015, a short film contest & mind blowing Ghazal was conducted. The event started with a short stand-up condolence to our Ex-President Sir Abdul Kalam.

The Short film contest ‘Lights Camera Action’ conducted in association with Prathidhwani showcased a total number of 9 entries. “Throw one & get one back” which explicitly described the importance of ‘Smile’ in human life won the first prize and “Kaanaapuram” has taken the second position.

Technopark CEO Mr. Girish Babu awarded the winners. Mr. M F Thomas(Film Critic), Mr M R Rajan(Senior Producer, Asianet) and Mr K G Jayan(Cinematographer) were in the Jury Panel.

The screening of the short film was followed by a Ghazal evening by renowned singer Shri.Padmakumar.

On Day 2 :- 4^th Aug ‘15, Inter company dance competition ‘Tarang’ and Musical Band ‘Masala Coffee’ performance will be held in association with Natana – the cultural club of Technopark.
