1. Senior .NET Professional for Dynamics AX

Experienced .Net professional with the following skillsets:

Soft Skills

Functional/Technical Skills

Demonstrated ability to:

• Apply high-level solution architecture and design
• Analyze, understand, and dissect business processes
• Analyze an organization’s IT infrastructure
• Perform hardware sizing based on architecture

Demonstrated experience with:

Experience of at least two implementations of Microsoft Dynamics required.
Implementation Methodology
Microsoft .NET technology, the Microsoft Visual Studio development system
Desktop and server operating systems
Server technologies: Microsoft SQL Server database, Reporting Services and Analysis Services, Web servers, etc.

2. .NET Programmer

Microsoft technologies including .Net, C#, ASP.Net Web Forms, Asp.Net MVC, ADO.Net, SQL Server 2005 and above, Transact-SQL, AJAX, C# Web Services, C# Windows Services, XML, JQuery, Entity Framework.

Must have extensive experience in Web application and Web Service development and deployment.

Qualifications of the resource shall cover:

Recent experience, at the minimum of 3 years, should be in Web Application Development
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related area.
Experience in object oriented concepts and design patterns and agile.
Ability to be a self-starter in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Must have experience in implementing and deploying 3 tiers .Net applications
Must have excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of Visual Studio .Net 2012/2013, SQL Server 2008/2012 R2
Microsoft Certifications will be a plus

3. Lead Graphics Designer

The job involve managing more than one design brief at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job. Typical activities include:

• meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
• interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
• estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
• developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
• thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
• using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
• presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
• working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
• proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
• contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
• demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
• working on layouts and art working pages ready for print;
• keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver etc
• developing interactive design;
• commissioning illustrators and photographers;
• working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
Minimum experience of 7-8 years out of which 2-3 years should be an association with a global brand.

4. Business Development Manager

Engineer with MBA aged between 30-35 with a min of 5 years experience in business development with a software related product. Presentable personality with very good communication skills. Apart from acquiring new clients, the person should be capable of retaining existing client base with innovative value additions. He/She should liaise with the market and the rest of the team and be in a position to wrap services into products and identify new, relevant opportunities to enhance business. He/She should also prepare and present client-service specific presentations to client’s at various meetings in office and at client’s place. The position is target driven and rewarding.
