Dont ever trust PJ Homes, I paid 8 lakhs as booking amount for a villa at Thittamangalam. They cancelled the project and now they are not refunding the money. Gave cheques that dishonored and now they are not picking up phone and not available for a discussion. A fraud company that cheats it customers. If you have lot of money to gamble, give it a try.
