New dedicated number for Technopark emergency – 0471-2700071

TechnoparkToday.com(April, 2015): Hope everyone remember the sad demise of Mr Arun Kumar Gangadharan, who was an employee of Technoaprk by an accident happened just in front of Technopark. It was noted that there was a delay in getting an ambulance for Arun to reach hospital on time. Upon an immediate enquiry conducted by Prathidhwani, it was noted that the traffic police who were handling the situation there were not aware of the contact number to reach to the Ambulance Service available inside Technopark.

Following the incident, A team of prathidhwani members met technopark CEO Mr Girish Babu and other unit – in – charges and pointed out the gaps in emergency management system within the park. A number of suggestions were presented to the CEO and team to handle such emergency measures more effectively. One of the suggestions was to get an exclusive 4 digit number along with exclusive telephone numbers to reach out the Techno Park Ambulance service.

This was agreed and the new dedicated number : 0471-2700071 was allotted for reaching to techno park ambulance service. So all the techies inside the Technopark premises can use this number to contact and avail the Technopark Ambulance service in case of emergencies. This is a small action taken , but for sure it has got a huge impact.

The Technopark authorities are trying for the allocation of exclusive 4 digit number ‘XXXX’ for reaching to park ambulance service. This number will be displayed in hoardings/ boards inside park and the same will be communicated to all HR and security personnel in the park as well to the traffic police in and out of the park. Prathidhwani will continue to follow up and will keep all updated on the actions taken.
