Technoparktoday.com>> The issue that Techie Sharon facing right now is with regard to Govt Panchayath Road leading to her house. The case was filed 13 years back.The space is her mother’s maternal property where their family lived for many years. Sharon, a Technopark employee, belongs to Moongode St. Sebastian’s church Parish. Few years ago there was no compound wall for the Church and hence there was no dispute on which way they could walk. Also her grandparents never worried about a legal way as they could walk from main road to their house through the Church compound. Later this wall was built and when her father built the house around 14 years ago he had to face a lot of hardships in bringing the building materials to the plot and had to pay INR 1.5 Lacs extra since they did not  have a proper way. Few months back they realised that the other neighbours were trying to encroach the property and hence they built a compound wall around the house, except for the side where Church is situated, as they used to enter the property through church compound. On 4th of January 2016 overnight, Moongode parish Council had constructed a wall on their boundary completely blocking the entrance to her property. Sharon & her family members were shocked as they don’t have a path now to enter their house. Now the family is afraid that their property may even get destroyed. So they have approached TVM District Collector for justice. Let us hope  Sharon would get justice at the earliest.
