Job description

1. BPO with Mortgage
2. Process Associates

Qualifications:

1. Graduate in any discipline – Commerce Graduates or people with financial backgrounds will be preferred.
2. Should have 2 years of work experience in mortgage domain.
3. Follow customer processes as defined.
4. Process Transactions for Mortgage and other financial services industry.
5. Analyze Information/Enter/Verify Data.
6. Maintain high levels of accuracy
7. Meet Targets (Operations and Quality) and Key Performance Indicators for the process as defined from time to time
8. Ensure data security of customer information.
9. Should have MS Office Knowledge, especially should be good with Excel at least at intermediate level
10. Should be ready to work in night shifts
11. Report to a Team Leader
