Downtown Technopark Project to Make Over World’s Greenest IT Park

TechnoparkToday.com>> September 18, 2014:  Downtown Technopark project, a world class township with office spaces, budget and business class hotels, shopping mall, hospital and business incubators for the IT professionals, gets final nod from state cabinet.

The project was proposed during Emerging Kerala 2012 to develop nearly 20 acres of land at Technopark phase III.  Taurus Development Investment Advisory Pvt Ltd (TDAPL), a Boston-based global real estate investment firm got the 1200 Crore project through Swiss Challenge tendering process.

The Downtown Social Infrastructure will directly provide employment for 20,000 and indirect employment for another 25,000.
