Automatic Ticket Vending Machine getting Record Collection

>>The automatic ticket vending machines installed in Trivandrum railway station is a big hit with record collection in 10 days time, its more than 2..5 Lakh.  Each day, 450 tickets were issued from the machine on an average basis using smart cards.  Passengers say the machine helping them to avoid long queues in front of the counter during busy hours.

ATVMs (automatic ticket vending machines) are touch screen kiosks, where the passengers can take unreserved tickets using a smart card.
