Trivandrum, Sept, 2025: Kerala is gearing up to host Huddle Global 2025, the country’s largest beachside startup festival, from December 11 to 13 at the scenic Kovalam near the state capital. Organized by the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), the flagship event will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan at The Leela Kovalam, a Raviz Hotel, with the central theme focusing on Funding, Business and Technology.
Positioned as one of India’s most prestigious startup events, Huddle Global 2025 will bring together startup founders, global investors, industry leaders, policymakers, and innovation enablers for three days of intensive discussions, collaborations, and networking. The festival is expected to attract over 3,000 startup promoters from India and abroad, 150 international investors, 100 angel investors, mentors, HNIs, and more than 100 exhibitors.
According to Shri Seeram Sambasiva Rao, Electronics and IT Secretary, Government of Kerala, “Huddle Global will set a platform for promoting excellent ideas and concepts of Kerala’s innovation ecosystem, and as such it has a higher dimension than just an annual gathering of startups.” KSUM CEO Shri Anoop Ambika added that the festival will strengthen Kerala’s position as a leading hub for innovation and entrepreneurship by enabling collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange.
The 2025 edition of Huddle Global will feature pitch competitions, startup expos, investor meets, corporate innovation challenges, fireside chats, masterclasses, and curated networking experiences, creating multiple touchpoints for startups to raise capital, explore partnerships, and gain mentorship. Sessions will spotlight opportunities in high-growth sectors such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Fintech, Blockchain, Healthtech, Life Sciences, Spacetech, Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR), Internet of Things (IoT), and e-Governance.
International speakers and investors confirmed for the event include Manish Maheshwari (BAT VC), Neetan Chopra (IndiGo), Archana Jahagirdar (Rukam Capital), Madan Padaki (GAME), Hans Hoertnagl (Advantage Austria), Dr. Angela Honegger (Swissnex in India), Jorge Loyola Castro (ProChile), Anagh Singh (MountTech Growth Fund–Kavachh), Naved Narayan (Bosch Global Software Technologies), Srinivas GPM Surapani (Schneider Electric), Sandeep Poddar (Kimberly-Clark GCC), Sreemoyee Dastidar (Philips), Sanjeev Sudheer (Reply), Param Patel (Volt VC), Shalini Sankarshana (Planview), Vidya Basarkod (COWI A/S), and Arjun Pillai (Docket) among others.
Blending global standards set by events like CES, Slush, and Web Summit with India’s unique cultural and entrepreneurial identity, Huddle Global has evolved into a platform that not only showcases cutting-edge technologies but also facilitates cross-border collaboration, pilot funding, investor feedback, and market access. Popular engagement tracks such as Pitch-It-Right, Founders’ Meet, Impact 50, and the signature Sun-Down Huddle will return this year, making the conclave an unmissable opportunity for startups and investors alike.
Launched in 2018, Huddle Global has grown into a highly anticipated event in India’s startup calendar, thanks to its vibrant beachside setting and its powerful mix of innovation, investment, and opportunity. With the 2025 edition, Kerala once again aims to position itself as a premier destination for entrepreneurs, innovators, and global venture capital networks.
