recession is everywhere, and only a very few companies are calling candidates. negotiation is good, but securing a job is more important than salary now.

they now pretend that they are in recession and hire low cost resources thats a part of their future perfect maoney mangement paln
Companies are trying to utilize this situation to pass all the pressure to their employees and force them to do excess work in the name of economic slowdown. Their main aim is to get more profit by making us do excess work and threatening to layoff/freezing increment, allowance etc. This is most unbusiness-like attitude. The economic situation in our country is not such that all the blame/negative impact should be borne to employees. And when there was good time the whole benefit goes to employer’s pocket.
