(1) Analyst/ Senior Analyst – Application Support
Salary: Based on current CTC/ 3.5 LPA to 7.5 LPA Max
Application Support: – Trivandrum (10 Positions)
- 3 – 7yrs of total experience in Application Support & Monitoring, Problem, Change & Incident management
- Experience in Providing Application Support hosted on wide variety of Server Platforms that include Unix/AIX, Linux, Windows, etc.
- Experience in Providing Application Support hosted on Middleware Platforms (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, Tibco V5 and V6, ForgeRock OpenDJ etc.)
- Basic Knowledge on NetScaler, Datapower ,VIP, LDAP
- Basic knowledge of Platforms & Server Systems like Windows, Unix/AIX, Middleware, Databases etc.…
- Overview of Platforms & systems across Databases (UDB/DB2 and Oracle)
- Good Scripting knowledge (Shell scripting…)
- Experience in Scheduling & running batch jobs, setting up file transfer jobs (using SFTP or Connect Express), batch Monitoring (using TWS preferably)
- Monitoring availability of online applications (using Topaz preferably)
- Coordinate with Application Development Teams & Infrastructure Operational Teams to carry out Deliverables Release, Deployment of code changes etc.
- Knowledge in DevOps practices.
(2) Senior Customer Service Associate (Voice) December 16th:
The walk in interview for Senior Customer Service Associate (Voice) will be held on 16th December 2017, Saturday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Allianz Reception, Ganga Building, Phase III, Technopark, Trivandrum. The work location Trivandrum , Kerala
- 1- 4 years of experience with Excellent Command over English
- Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline & willing to work in rotational shifts
- Good Learning Agility
- Good Interpersonal Skills and Proficiency in Computers
Prior experience in International BPO voice process will be an added Advantage.
