Video Walk-through of Technopark Phase III
Technopark is constructing nearly 3 million square feet of world-class IT/ITES business space within the 90 acre Phase III campus. The construction of the first 1 million square feet building is all set to start with L&T being selected as the contractor to build what will be the largest IT building in India.

Take a look, folks! India’s biggest IT park is getting even bigger! This will be the prelude to the much bigger 15 million square feet Technocity campus, which is the 4th Phase of Technopark.

world class facilities are coming to kerala. trivandrum would be the next IT destination of south india.
Along with the IT infrastructures, we need to make sure that, all the other facilities also coming up to the living standard of professionals. the transportation ( vehicles, roads, traffic etc), food, shelter and shopping also the law and order needs to be also maintained in world class.
with the introduction of the new IT facilities, many educated professionals and skilled ones will come to kerala. we need to take utmost care to keep up the momentum of the development.

Technopark is growing beyond the expectations. do you know it is already having 30K emoloyees in the phase 1 campus. with the introduction of phase 2 and theree, it can add up more than 50k employees to the IT.

The Techno Park ooks cool and stylish but the business owners at this building too will not be allowed to take in simple things like their own chairs inside without the blessing of unions there. This is the problem with Kerala. Recently I attended an IT summit there. I was surprised to see the status of the chief minister the so called chief guest. Firstly he came late, could not speak properly and too weak to go up to the stage even. Had to be helped up and down. Is there no retirement age for these people. He had a platoon of security around him probably to show off. Dont think anyone would have interest to attack him as he is alreayd too weak to be attacked. My gut feeling is , he too must be someone who has come to this postion through his union and strike contribution to the party.
