UST Global expands its global delivery center in Chennai; to double its headcount by 2016

TechnoparkToday.com(Sept, 2014): UST Global, a leading provider of IT services and solutions for Global 1000 companies, announced that it plans to double its headcount to 3000 in Chennai over the next two years. It has also invested in the overall infrastructure of the center to strengthen its service delivery capabilities for both global and Indian customers.

UST Global’s Chennai center has been serving customers across the Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI and Logistics industries.

Sunil Balakrishnan, Global Head – Center Operations, UST Global, said, “The Chennai center expansion is aligned to our strategy of expanding UST Global’s capability by leveraging talent across geographies, widen our footprint and broaden services to our clients, globally and locally.”

In the last six months, UST Global has made three strategic acquisitions, invested in innovative technology and executive level hires. It also recently invested in Trulioo – a global identification verification solutions company.

Headquartered in California, UST Global has 10,000 employees in India, spread across centers Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai, and Gurgaon.

It seems this is posted by a frustrated previous employee, who got kicked out from the company earlier. service companies may go through the up and downs – even with the product companies, if you look very big and reputed companies like microsoft, IBM, Nokia etc or even CTS, TCS done this before. better find a different job matching your skills.
