Techies request to bring back Circular Bus Service in Technopark

TechnoparkToday.com>> Techies working in Technopark was earlier blessed with Technopark Express – a circular bus service covering nearby places of Technopark – Karyavattom, University, Kazhakootam Junction, Railway Station, Technopark.

The service was operated by private bus agency at an affordable charges. Later this services were stopped by RTO officials saying the trips were taken without proper permit.

KSRTC buses started to ply in Technopark when Technopark Express was stopped. In addition, a regular service from Vikas Bhavan to Technopark on daily basis was also started by KSRTC. It was the effort from Prathidhwani – Socio Cultural Organization of Technopark Employees to bring in such services to Technopark.

As days passed by, the frequency of these services got reduced, where techies could find the bus hardly twice or thrice a week. Finally these services got stopped completely.

Techies are now forced to look for an alternative option to reach their offices. Employees wish to have these circular services back in place which would definitely help them especially for ladies in late evenings.
