UST Global , one of the biggest employers among software development companies in Kerala, has been accorded the Co-Developer status for setting up its own Private IT campus near Technopark Trivandrum.  The approval is given by the Board of Approval of the Ministry of Commerce.
By becoming the co-developer of Technopark, UST Global would be eligible to claim all the government benefits, that is otherwise limited only to the main developers. Small scale IT companies, who look to set up shop in Kerala, but are unable to develop their own campuses would be provided with close to 2 million sq ft of built up Special Economic Zone (SEZ) space by the Kerala government.
