Kerala’s second “Technolodge” was inaugurated at Perinad ( Kollam ) last week by Sri Paloli Mohammad Kutty, Hon’ Minister for Local Self Government.

This newly inaugurated Technolodge has been fully taken up by Technopark-based Accentia Technologies Ltd., a Business Process Management company.

Healthcare receivables cycle management (HRCM) major Accentia Technologies based at the Technopark  has commenced operations from the UK, with the objective of tapping potential markets in Northern Ireland, England and Scotland.
Company officials said Accentia had been delivering services to healthcare organizations in these markets for the past two years, and that with a UK base it could aggressively market its services across National Health Service and private hospitals in the region.

Health care Receivables Cycle Management (HRCM) major Accentia Technologies Ltd has recommended a final dividend of 20 per cent on the face value of its Rs 10 shares for the financial year 2008-2009.
An Accentia spokesperson said this is despite the fact that owing to the current global recession, BPO and KPO companies are facing challenges leading to extreme measures including large scale pink slips and other cost cutting steps.
