| Job Description: | • Provide ongoing customer / sales support (ie answering sales queries for which there needs to be a significant overlap with UK sales’ working hours) . • Structure and release of saleable part numbers. • Maintaining price and costs information for parts on a monthly basis (for Microsoft, VMware, Symantec and others) • Conduct competitor analysis and ensure sales are equipped with resources & information to help them retain customer & win new business. • Work closely with purchase to ensure successful order fulfilment and delivery of products within the given lead times to customers. • Maintain relationships with suppliers (via e-mail, telephone, teleconference and face-to-face meetings), ensure you are aware of forthcoming product releases and have relevant contracts, training and accreditation to enable RM to resell their products. • Fully understand the licence types and ways of purchasing and ordering for all products. • Experience in defining and supporting the implementation of product launches, promotional activities & campaigns. |
| Preferred Skills: | Should be a graduate in any discipline with 4 to 5 years of experience in Product Management. Other competencies desired are Good communication & presentation skills. Customer focus; demonstrating an ability to understand and support both internal and external customers. Influencing, assertiveness and negotiation skills.
