The City Police Commissioner, Mr. MR Ajithkumar IPS, and his men received all round praise for their efficient management of law and order during the Onam celebrations this year. Though lakhs participated in the fairs and events across 18 venues for the two weeks in trivandrum city, not even a single petty crime was reported.
The Commissioner had even given his mobile number (9497996991) to which any citizen could SMS their complaints instantly. To his credit, none of the citizens ever needed to use this!

Yes, Good things will always appreciated. Our people having a belief that the entire police force is good for nothing, and they bribe a lot. But such incidents shows us there are good and efficient police officers in our state.
