Kernox Learning Systems launches Leadership Transition Program for IT companies

TechnoparkToday.com > Kernox Learning Systems announced the launch of a two-day program for developing the leadership skills of IT professionals.  The program content and methodology are designed to enable the transition from a ‘techie to a team leader.’

The need for a program that equips the first level leaders to develop their leadership competencies was expressed by the CEOs and HR heads of several mid-size companies at Technopark.  First level leaders have to guide their team members and get work done. They need to keep their teams highly motivated at all times. They have to effectively manage multiple demands, while meeting team & task requirements. This necessitates a new level of awareness and agility.

The program includes self-analysis instruments, group activities and feedback, along with rigorous conceptual inputs.  It enables the participants to appreciate their role as fist level leaders and helps them to develop the required skillset and mindset.  Performance management and people management skills are covered through practice sessions. The program enables the participants to proactively handle multiple stakeholder demands, delivering high quality software within cost, schedule and resource constraints.

Programs are scheduled in February and March 2013 at Technopark.  The number of participants in each batch is limited to 16.  For more information and registration, please visit www.kernox.com or call 0471-2700161.
