IFFK Begins Today: 211 Films From 64 Countries

TechnoparkToday.com>> December 6, 2013:  Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will inaugurate the 18^th edition of International Film Festival of Kerala 2013 at Nishagandhi Auditorium at 6 pm today.

Actor Shabana Azmi, the chief guest, and actor Manju Warrier will attend the function.

Around 9,000 delegates will participate in the six-day festival.  The festival will screen 211 films from 64 countries under 16 sections.

The films will be screened at 12 theaters including Nishagandhi auditorium Kanakakkunnu.  Around 120 delegates from foreign countries will be participating in the festival.

She taxis and women friendly autos were arranged for the transportation of women delegates.
