• 2-5 years of Flash/Flex development experience.
• Strong Knowledge in Action Script 2.0 and 3.0
• Ability to build interactive and dynamic flash-based applications.
• Develop and build applications in Flex
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
• Knowledge in Web Designing.
• Create technical designs and document all system changes.
• Follow and enhance existing development processes
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Strong communication, team work skills.

Skills

Developer should possess know-how of HTML /AJAX / SILVERLIGHT / FLEX / Flash / CSS / DHTML and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash. Have an eye for creativity and design. Knowledge of SEO would be an added advantage. Good communication skills .
