Technopark company Digitella is looking for software engineers

Shall be responsible for the design, development & testing of medium to large .net enterprise solutions. Research solutions to technical questions quickly and efficiently. Assume responsibility for Unit Testing of own code, and for overseeing the Unit Testing of junior developers code. Assume responsibility for quality assurance of program design and development. Must be able to support multiple projects for software design, development and documentation Examine, document, and explain technical implications as related to project planning, specifically – risk mitigation, task identification, estimates, task dependencies, and resource requirements. Monitor team activity during development and implementation of solutions, working as needed to support the project through problem solving, and by identifying/evolving standards, best practices and reusable solutions. Provide complete solutions spanning multiple technology areas, including network, application, database, middleware and security. Actively be involved in and be responsible when needed for the collection, refinement, communication and maintenance of business requirements. Identify ambiguity and gaps in system requirements and formulate appropriate analytical questions for analysts, architects, and customers to obtain clearer specifications. Work under some supervision but can manage and mentor technical resources within an overall project plan.
