County Head – Navigant receives ‘Man of the Year’ Award

TechnoparkToday.com> Mahendra Singh Rawat, the Country head of Navigant India was perceived “Man of the Year” by Empowering Women in IT and NASSCOM for adopting the way of life of consideration and sex uniformity in the work environment. Rawat was regarded amid an International Women’s Day Celebration facilitated by eWIT and NASSCOM in Technopark, Trivandrum.

Through Rawat’s direction representatives have grasped Navigant’s diversity andd consideration endeavors, with in excess of 1,000 workers volunteering in network based activities in 2018. Rawat’s help of crusades tending to Women Empowerment were featured in the honor acknowledgment. Among those featured were Navigant’s #PADAID and Hair for Hope crusades.

The #PADAID campaign was an India-focused social media effort that opened a dialogue on the topic of menstruation to raise awareness, break the taboo and debunk myths around menstruation. It’s estimated that 40% of women ages 15-24 in India have no access to sanitary napkins, causing school-aged females to stay home a week every month furthering the gender education gap.

Hair for Hope was another fruitful battle which concentrated on the lives of Cancer patients through active hair donations from Navigant India colleagues
