Job Profile:

Responsible for implementing and delivery of software solutions, which
includescustom software development and integration/deployment of enterprise software using the MOSS 2007 Enterprise platform

Provide hands-on technical leadership to team members
Work closely with project management and technical staff to delivers
projects for clients based on MOSS 2007 and related technologies
As a solution architect, work to identify customer requirements, evaluate
alternatives and make recommendations for solutions matching client
needs based on technical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2007 platform and its related technologies such as Windows Workflow Foundation, SQL
Server2005/2008, ASP.NET, IIS, .NET, C#.
Design and deliver stable, maintainable and operationally soundsoftware.
The architect works with engaging and challenging requirements
whiledesigning solutions, defining business systems and technical
architectureconsistent with client’s overall strategy for deployment.
Description:
Acts in a consulting capacity to provide development andre-engineering of
business system and corporate architectures.
Must have the ability to integrate existing systems by conducting technology
and system assessments.
Focus of work should be in Microsoft technologies, including .Net, C#,
ASP.Net, Windows Communications Foundation (WCF), Windows Workflow (WF),SQL Server, Visual Studio, Silverlight and SharePoint.
Participate in the design, development, customization and
integrationefforts of enterprise solutions involving Collaboration, Portals,
EnterpriseSearch, Enterprise Content Management, and Business Process and
Forms Facilitate design sessions
Proposed solutions must enhance current business and integrate multiple
technologies with streamlined, cost effective solutions.
Provides highest level consulting related to technology
strategies,enterprise planning and deployments across a range of systems at
the corporateand field levels.

Experience Level:
4-to-6 years experience overall development experience
3 years of SharePoint 2007 experience
Develop and integrate SharePoint solutions using the appropriatetools
(ASP.net, C#, WCF, SOA, etc.)
Work with end users to gather, define and prioritize functional system
requirements and acceptance criteria based on business needs
Expertise in .NET application development – languages such as C# and
VB.NETwith strong OO design Strong full life cycle software application development background is required Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 development: Search, Portals,Business Data Catalog, Workflows development, Collaboration tools, Portals,Records Center,
Web Parts,Features/Solutions development, SharePoint Designer, Excel
Services etc.
